Southeastern Technology Fund (SET) was founded in 1998 and raised two funds totaling over $115 million in committed capital. SET became one of the most active technology venture investors in the Southeast from 1998-2005. The firm counts among its limited partners a number of Fortune 500 banks, foundations, family offices and technology entrepreneurs who have provided significant value to the Fund over the years. In 2005, three of the investment professionals at SET started Eastside Partners, which has since raised two additional equity funds that focus on Healthcare and Information Technology investments across the Southeast.
