We focus on asset-light companies in targeted sectors with strong, sustainable growth, and in companies driven by new competitive advantage, a transition in business model, or events (e.g. regulation or privatisation). We're an entrepreneurial team with over 220 years of multi-stage private equity experience in blue chip firms and a successful track record with more than 85 transactions completed. From our second fund (VIP II) of £1 billion, we invest £25m-£150m+ in companies typically valued at £50m-£500m+. We back strong entrepreneurial management teams and have an innovative and flexible approach to size, majority / minority ownership and structure. Vitruvian's value-add encompasses strategic initiatives, operational support and global capabilities, and we have an appetite for complex growth opportunities.
