WestCap is a strategic operating and investing firm led by a team that has founded, invested in, and operated tech-enabled marketplaces for over 20 years. Our investment partners are leading families and institutions from around the world, who have placed their trust in us, with flexible capital for whom we can compound returns over the long term with our lifecycle investing approach. We've built a reputation as value-add, operationally-focused investors to our partner companies, which welcome our involvement and aligned capital. In addition to private investing, we provide our investment partners with a full suite of solutions including private / public equity advisory as well as cash management solutions. WestCap was founded by Laurence Tosi, a passionate entrepreneur, investor, operator, and philanthropist. Tosi currently serves as Managing Partner of WestCap, bringing with him both his passion and track record for entrepreneurship and building leading disruptive businesses. His previous roles include serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Airbnb and The Blackstone Group, as well as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at Merrill Lynch. Today, WestCap primarily operates out of two main offices - on the West Coast office in San Francisco and on the East Coast in New York City. In addition to its main offices, it also has a presence in Hong Kong and London.
