Which deep-tech clients have a funding window opening in the next six months?
The brief
A funding advisory works to EU and national grant calendars. Its clients move fast between grants, rounds and trials, and the next window is different for each one. We built the report to show, across the firm's own book, who has a window opening and which support fits.

What we built
- Traced 93 clients from the firm's client stories and EU project records, and grouped the 27 active ones by head-office country.
- Read grant end dates, funding rounds, trial milestones, leadership changes and regulatory designations.
- Built a six-month funding calendar, from WBSO 2027 on 20 December 2026 to Eurostars Call 12.
- Mapped each client to the firm's services: funding applications, equity readiness, financial management, grant and debt support.
- Wrote one page per client with the evidence, the window and the person to call.
What the signals showed
The book never stood still. Nobody was watching it.
A grant ending, a round closing, a first human study: each one a reason to offer the next service.
The largest campaign in the book, sitting on one row of the service map.
How it ran
- 01Trace
Clients found in client stories and EU project records.
- 02Signal
Grants, rounds, trials and leadership changes read per client.
- 03Match
Each client set against the calendar and the service list.
- 04Verify
Every dated claim checked against an independent source.
What the firm got
Country leads got a calendar they could plan against, and a clear next offer for each active client, instead of waiting for the client to call.
