The Elewa Model is based on a toolbox of different content and technology innovations that are supported by a strong layer of human support. Elewa's core is large-scale teacher training in basic education, but it's activities have evolved to other sectors as well, including healthcare, agriculture and corporate training. Through it's iTalanta and Hama Talanta programs, Elewa has recently ventured into technology education and training. Doubling as a training institute and software agency, iTalanta offers world-class technology training to highly-skilled individuals through a unique on-the-job apprenticeship.
