Healthcare Reporting is a company dedicated to providing efficient and cost-effective solutions to Plan Sponsors, Brokers, TPAs, PBMs, Captives, and the Stop-loss marketplace. Founded in 2013, the company initially focused on addressing compliance regulations mandated by the Affordable Care Act. Over the years, it has expanded its offerings to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
In 2017, Healthcare Reporting launched Self Insured Reporting, a Claim Reporting & Analytics technology that integrates stop loss contracts, robust financial reporting, and stop loss reporting. The platform gained traction, with data being received from over 100 TPAs and 40 PBMs.
With the passage and implementation of the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), additional compliance requirements and a heightened focus on fiduciary duty by the Department of Labor emerged. In response, Healthcare Reporting began offering various compliance services, such as Mental Health Parity, RxDC Reporting, Air Ambulance Reporting, and Gag Clause Attestation assistance.
This strategic move is significant as it signifies the increased scrutiny facing Plan Fiduciaries in their management of Medical Plan Assets. To address this, Healthcare Reporting introduced Claim Services, including Dialysis Cost Containment, Subrogation, and Stop Loss Claim Filing, to assist Plan Fiduciaries in meeting their fiduciary duties.
Operating in the Insurance and Human Resources industries, with its headquarters in the United States, Healthcare Reporting continues to adapt its services to align with regulatory changes and the evolving needs of its clients.
