Latino Network is an education organization with the mission to positively transform the lives of Latino youth, families, and communities. Founded in 1996 by community leaders, it addresses crucial issues such as low achievement scores, youth violence, and high dropout rates within the Latino community by providing transformational programs. These programs aim to educate and empower Multnomah County Latinos, emphasizing early literacy, parent involvement, support for gang-involved and adjudicated youth, and leadership capacity building for youth and adults.
The organization is rooted in culturally-specific practices and services, driven by the core belief in Latino community self-determination.
