LunaJoy is a health care startup founded in 2021 in the United States. Its slogan, "Holistic women’s therapy, coaching and medication management. Custom designed for every phase of life," reflects its commitment to providing personalized mental care for women at every stage of life.
The company offers 1:1 virtual therapy, counseling, and medication management that is flexible and holistic, tailored to individual needs. Recognizing the pressing need for such services, LunaJoy's two psychiatrist founders launched the initiative in 2020, driven by their firsthand observation of the disproportionate impact of home lives and careers on women's mental well-being.
LunaJoy has already secured a $2.40M Seed Round investment from K20 Fund, North South Ventures, and Emmeline Ventures on 15 December 2022. Additionally, the startup has formed partnerships with Cigna and Optum, and aims to collaborate with more providers and employers to prioritize women's mental care.
