About NEXT Future Transportation

NEXT Future Transportation is a Robotics and AI startup founded in 2015 with a focus on developing a modular, autonomous, electric vehicle called the Pod. The company is also creating the required Operating System to implement its "Transportation-as-a-Service" solutions for municipal transit and logistics markets at scale. NEXT's standout feature is its modular vehicle platform, allowing individual pods to connect while in motion to form a fleet, making the fleet's internal space more versatile compared to standard buses or rail vehicles. This platform also supports the autonomous distribution of parcels among connected pods, significantly enhancing final-mile delivery efficiency. The company secured a €1.25M Venture Round investment on 04 April 2024 from Cysero. The innovative approach to transportation and logistics positions NEXT Future Transportation as a promising player in the evolution of urban mobility and last-mile delivery solutions.
