Sodateage Net is a Tokyo-based nonprofit organization founded in 2004 with the slogan "Bridging the gap between youth and society." The organization's core mission is to address the issues of youth unemployment and social exclusion in Japan, particularly focusing on underserved communities. They offer a range of programs and services including Job Training, Employment Support, Career Education workshops, Student Support, and Family Support.
Since its establishment, Sodateage Net has been dedicated to providing employment support for young people facing difficulties and advocating for children with diverse needs. Annually, they impact 70,000 young people and children through collaborations with companies, government, and other nonprofits. Founder Kei Kudo and the team actively participate in government and municipal councils, contributing to policy changes for youth.
