OTee is a European DeepTech startup founded in 2022 and aims to revolutionize the industrial automation sector. Recognized as one of the top 20 Industry 4.0 startups in the world for 2024 by StartUs Insight, OTee is dedicated to solving the control system vendor lock-in issue prevalent across industries. The company offers a SaaS platform designed to digitally transform PLCs and industrial controllers, enabling efficient PLC coding and management (PLC Ops) while integrating third-party data sources into automation code. Their open runtime framework allows the creation and management of virtual control systems/PLCs, running on general-purpose hardware such as x86 and ARM architectures.
The latest milestone for OTee was the successful completion of a €1.25M Pre Seed Round investment on 05 February 2024. The round attracted notable investors including Antler, StartupLab, Superangel, RunwayFBU, Gunnar Evensen, Trond Riiber Knudsen, Snorre Larsen, and Olav Slupphaug.
