Remagine, a Berlin-based startup founded in 2019 by Sebastian Dienst and Julia Profeta Johansson, aimed to revolutionize the fintech industry by designing the world's first purpose-driven digital business accounts. Although the company officially closed in 2022 due to lack of funds, its innovative approach targeted businesses prioritizing profit, people, and the planet, providing tools such as physical & virtual cards, multi-banking, embedded donations, and seamless invoicing and team cards.
Their ambitious vision sought to transform money and business into forces for good, encouraging startups to drive positive impacts for both themselves and the planet. Backed by notable angel and institutional investors, including Michael Vaughan and Jonathan Weiner, the company secured a substantial €20.00M Seed Round investment on 26 January 2021.
