Sinohytec, formally known as Sinohytec 北京亿华通科技股份有限公司, stands as a prominent player in the fuel cell systems industry out of China. Founded in 2012, Sinohytec has established itself as a trailblazer in the research, development, and industrialization of these systems, catering specifically to commercial applications such as passenger cars and trucks.

The company initiated mass production in 2016, distinguishing itself as one of the first in China to manufacture fuel cell systems and power stacks independently. Their portfolio extends from 30kW to the pioneering 240kW model launched in December 2021; this versatility allows them to aptly serve various customer needs across multiple applications.

Having sold over 2,000 systems to more than 19 major Chinese manufacturers, Sinohytec's products are prevalent in urban centers like Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu. Their last known venture round occurred on 01 January 2019, backed by China Renaissance Capital Investment, signaling investor confidence in their growth trajectory.
