The equity structure of TWINSET is 100% owned by Carlyle Group. The company's headquarter and production plant are in Carpi (Modena), with offices and showroom in a strategic downtown location in Milan. The brand has strengthened its development strategy by focusing on foreign markets and reconfirming its Italian identity through the introduction of the new TWINSET MILANO logo. Additionally, TWINSET launched PLEASEDONTBUY signed by TWINSET, a rental business in the fashion world, leveraging their 100% Made in Italy production. The last investment was a Debt Financing by Permira Credit on 05 March 2018.
