Signal Tracker × your assistant

Ask your assistant what changed
at your accounts.

Your tracked companies, their buying signals and your action board — inside ChatGPT, Claude or whichever assistant you already have open. No new tab, no export, no copying a list into a prompt. It reads the same pipeline you see in the app, and it can tidy it up when you ask.

What should I do this morning?

Three worth your time:

1. Mollie — headcount up 34% since 3 July, two sales leads open. Your agent suggests asking about their hiring plan.

2. Framer — Series B announced 28 July. Nobody has contacted them yet.

3. Sendcloud — opened a Madrid office last week.

Which one?

2. Did we ever email them?

get_outreach_history

No. This would be a first touch — and the round is four days old, so the timing still holds.

What it can reach

Your pipeline and nothing else. It is not a company database and it is not your mailbox — it is the same set of accounts you see when you open Signal Tracker.

list_pipeline

The user's whole company pool: the companies they track, PLUS the candidates their Signal Tracker agent surfaced and they have not acted on yet.

list_tracked_companies

List the companies this user is tracking in BounceWatch Signal Tracker, with how recently each was observed, how much signal activity it has had in the last 30 days, and how many action cards are waiting on it.

get_tracked_company

Everything this user holds on one company they track: profile, coverage, recent signals with dates, and the action cards their agent has generated for it.

list_signals

Signals across every company this user tracks, filtered by signal type and by date. Use this for "which of my companies did X" questions — homepage changes this week, everyone who posted open roles, who raised recently.

list_actions

The user's Action Board — the AI-generated cards recommending what to do about each tracked company, highest priority first.

get_outreach_history

What this user's Signal Tracker has already sent — per company or across the whole pipeline: who was contacted, when, about which signal, and whether the send succeeded.

track_company changes your pipeline

Start tracking a company, so its signals appear in this user's pipeline and their agent starts generating action cards for it.

untrack_company changes your pipeline

Stop tracking a company. Its signals leave this user's pipeline and no further action cards are generated for it.

update_action changes your pipeline

Mark an action card done, dismiss it, or put it back on the active board.

What it cannot do

Send email or messages of any kind. Drafting and sending stay in Signal Tracker, where you approve every one. It also cannot see anyone else's pipeline, or touch your plan, billing or account settings.

Four things to say on day one

These come with the connection and show up as commands in your assistant. Each one already knows the right order to work in — check what changed before judging an account, check what was sent before proposing anything.

/morning_triage

Triage my action board

Show the open action cards as a short numbered shortlist to pick from, then work the one chosen and file it.

/account_brief

Brief me on one account

Everything worth knowing about one tracked company before a call: what has moved, when, and what the agent suggests doing about it.

/signal_catchup

What changed in my pipeline

Sweep the tracked list for companies that have actually moved recently, and separate them from the ones we simply have not looked at.

/pipeline_hygiene

Clean up my tracked list

Find tracked companies that are not earning their slot — and separate them honestly from the ones we simply have not looked at.

Connecting takes a minute

In Claude and ChatGPT you approve a screen that tells you exactly what the assistant will be able to see and change. Everything else takes one block of config.

Recommended

Claude & claude.ai

  1. 1 Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector
  2. 2 Paste this URL: https://api.bouncewatch.com/api/v1/tracker/mcp
  3. 3 Sign in with your Signal Tracker account and approve. That is it — no key to copy, nothing to paste back.

Custom connectors need a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise). If you are on the free tier, use the config option instead.

ChatGPT

  1. 1 Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → turn on Developer mode
  2. 2 Add a connector with the same URL, and sign in with your Signal Tracker account when asked

Available on Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise and Edu. The switch is called developer mode, but nothing technical follows it — the connection is the same sign-in as Claude.

Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code

Generate a token in Signal Tracker → Integrations and copy the ready-made block for your client. Each one is filled in with your own token — nothing to assemble.

claude mcp add --transport http \ bouncewatch-tracker https://api.bouncewatch.com/api/v1/tracker/mcp \ --header "Authorization: Bearer bwt_…"

Tokens are shown once and stored hashed. Revoke one and the assistant using it loses access immediately.

Included on the Growth and Power plans — see pricing. Nothing is metered: connecting costs nothing extra and there are no per-question credits.

It tells your assistant when it doesn't know

Every answer carries how recently we looked at that company. When coverage is stale, the response says so in words the model cannot skip — so “no signals” never turns into “this account has gone quiet”.

It is the difference between an assistant that helps you prioritise and one that talks you out of a live deal. Same for a company you just added: it says the scan is still running and tells your assistant when to look again, instead of handing back an empty list.
