How do we defend our share after our partner deal changes?
The brief
A change in a long-standing partner relationship meant the lender had to build a second engine of growth. Leadership needed to see, every week, how banks, other captives and new digital lenders were pricing car loans, how dealer groups were shifting, and what customers said at the end of their loans.

What we built
- A live competitive radar covering 57 lenders in five groups: captives, banks, participation banks, finance companies and embedded BNPL.
- Pricing and campaign tracking across brands and months, including the zero-per-cent offers that set the market price.
- A dealer network view of 1,263 dealers, with brand footprints, group moves and who finances what.
- A customer-voice and AI-visibility module: complaints by lender, answer rates, and what ChatGPT and Google answer when buyers ask about car loans.
- An agent in Turkish and English that answers leadership questions from the radar, with sources.
What the signals showed
