Alaya, initially known as Hope it up, has established itself as a prominent player in the Information Technology and SaaS industries since its inception in 2016. The company underwent a significant transformation in January 2018 when it merged with Share A Dream to form its current identity, Alaya.

Based in Switzerland, Alaya specializes in empowering employee volunteering and corporate giving, allowing employees to select their preferred methods of contribution while providing comprehensive tools for impact analysis. This approach aligns with their mission to enable substantial support for non-profit organizations globally, offering them access to critical resources such as funds, volunteers, and expertise.

The latest financial boost for Alaya came from a Venture Round investment on 15 May 2021, with contributions from Business Angels Switzerland (BAS).
