株式会社Another works is a technology company that operates the largest moonlighting and task-outmatching specialized matching platform in Japan, called "Fukugyou Cloud." The platform is utilized by over 700 companies and more than 25,000 talents. One of the distinctive features of Another works is that it operates on a first-of-its-kind SaaS model, where there are no success fees or intermediary margins involved, allowing talents to be directly approached.
One of the primary functions of Fukugyou Cloud is focusing on recruitment digital transformation (DX), leveraging an AI named Nico, which suggests the most suitable talent through the analysis of over 8,000 moonlighting and task-outmatching specialized job postings and more than 20,000 matching analyses.
With the platform, companies can auto-generate enticing job titles for moonlighting positions in just 5 seconds, leading to significant reductions in workload. Additionally, there is no limit to the number of job postings, and companies can carry out A/B testing with different talent titles and images. Moreover, an unlimited number of scoutings can be performed, and hiring can be achieved in as short as one day.
The company last attracted a ¥160.00M Angel Round investment on 16 April 2021. The investors in this round included Suzuki Tatsuya, Vector, Tomoji Kato, and Yuma Umeda. Another works, founded in 2019, operates in the Internet industry and is headquartered in Japan.
