Archimedes-UDSS, founded in 2018, is a Bulgarian startup innovating in the field of agriculture with its groundbreaking IrriGATE technology. The company's mission is to globally revolutionize irrigated farming by offering their universally applicable decision support system (DSS) as an end-user service.
With over 30 years of field testing and enhancement, the IrriGATE technology aims to serve every irrigated crop grower worldwide. Coalescing scientific knowledge, management prowess, and farming expertise, Archimedes-UDSS holds a proven track record. Within six months of establishment, the startup secured a funding contract under the Horizon 2020's SME Instrument.
The last investment, €71.43K in the form of a grant as of August 2018, was backed by the EASME - EU Executive Agency for SMEs. As a member of the European Innovation Council pilot community, Archimedes-UDSS is committed to transforming crop irrigation globally.
