CloudExtel is an India-based full-stack Network as a Service (NaaS) provider focused on digital infrastructure services such as Small Cell Hosting, Fiber to the Home (FTTH), Intra-City Fiber, & Virtualised Networks. Furthermore, the company is one of the associate members of the Digital Infrastructure Providers Association (DIPA), representing India’s digital infra players. In 2023, Macquarie Capital and Advencap acquired a majority stake in CloudExtel to enhance its portfolio of services. Subsequently, in 2024, CloudExtel secured its first external debt from NIIF Infrastructure Finance Ltd. & Aditya Birla Finance Ltd. This strategic investment and debt financing has positioned CloudExtel to reinvent digital infrastructure in India, fueling its growth with enhanced coverage, capacity & speed in the rapidly evolving digital infrastructure landscape.
