For example, their project Einpark, is the first office building in Slovakia that has received the LEED Platinum certification, placing it in the top 1% of the most sustainable buildings in the world. Apart from their continual effort for positive development in Slovakia, in 2020 they have also expanded their activities into the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana. Their hope for the future is to continue to improves people’s lives, create a lasting legacy for future generations, and set new benchmarks of responsible and sustainable urban development.
