Feedback Infra is privately held with ADV Partners, IDFC First Bank, and HDFC Limited as its shareholders, besides the Promoter Group. The company is headquartered in Gurugram, employs over 6,000 employees, and has five regional offices and 98 project offices in India and 35 countries across Africa, the Middle-East, and Asia.
Its leading customers include Government Authorities, Lenders, Concessionaires, PE Funds, Multilateral Institutions, and Contractors, and it advises several State Governments regarding PPP transactions and assists national governments across Africa. Feedback Infra also operates within the Dubai markets and offers an integrated suite of services including Asset Creation, Operations and Maintenance, and Infrastructure Delivery services across each of these verticals.
The company secured a INR6.85 billion Private Equity Round investment on 21 March 2018 with ADV Partners as the investor.
