Hospice Foundation (HF) is a supporting foundation established in 2007 for the Center for Hospice Care (CHC), which has been serving the community since 1978. Based in the United States, with multiple offices across Indiana, HF and CHC work towards enhancing the quality of living through hospice, home health, grief counseling, and community education. Their efforts extend to the global stage, supporting the expansion of hospice and palliative care through collaboration with organizations such as the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, National Hospice Foundation, Global Partners in Care, and the Palliative Care Association of Uganda.
HF's mission focuses on improving the quality of living, and their vision is to be the premier hospice and palliative care organization addressing end-of-life issues.
