About iFIBER

is a network infrastructure provider that offers Gigabit-speed fiber optic broadband connectivity to homes in Malaysia through an open-access model. With a fixed-line telecommunication license granted by the Malaysian Government (MCMC), iFiber operates open access networks for property developers and townships. true OPEN ACCESS fiber network enables accredited service providers to use the fiber to deliver various services such as data, VOIP, and IPTV to their customers. This model allows service providers to compete fairly, giving consumers more choices and the flexibility to select the best service package for their needs. Switching from underperforming providers is also made simple. The network can deliver up to 1 gigabit per second of broadband to homes at ADSL prices. Founded in 2003, iFiber received a $2.36M Seed Round investment on 26 May 2017 from Conlay Group. This investment showcases the potential seen by Conlay Group in the innovative open-access broadband model provided by iFiber. This funding can be utilized to further expand and enhance iFiber’s network infrastructure, potentially leading to increased market penetration and customer acquisition.
