Infinity Health is a federally qualified health center with the slogan "Your Health. Our Purpose. No Limits." The organization was established in 2005 and provides primary, preventive health care services to residents of southern Iowa and northern Missouri. Their comprehensive offerings include medical, behavioral, dental, substance abuse, and vision services, along with mammography and an in-house pharmacy. Additionally, Infinity Health operates on a sliding fee program to assist eligible individuals.
Since its founding, Infinity Health has expanded its reach from its initial facilities in Leon and Lamoni to now serving patients in 11 locations. With a team of over 150 staff members, the organization continues to grow and make an impact in the Health Care industry.
