Kidogo is a socially-minded startup with a powerful mission to enhance access to high-quality, affordable Early Childhood Care & Education for low-income families in East Africa. Through their innovative “Hub & Spoke” model, which involves establishing Early Childhood Hubs directly operated by Kidogo and supporting local childcare micro-businesses through social-franchising, they are transforming early education in the region. Since their establishment in 2013, Kidogo has expanded to a team of 33, catering to over 1,000 families daily across 4 communities in Nairobi.

Their recent Venture Round investment in January 2018 by Jasmine Social Investments signifies growing interest and support from the venture capital community. This investment has provided a strong backing for Kidogo's vision to become the largest network of high-quality, affordable childcare centers in East Africa by 2025.
