Established in 2011, it was registered by the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan and operates in the field of life insurance based on the license from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan. When it was founded, the company's charter capital amounted to 7,000,000 AZN, but after the first three years of operation, the charter capital of the company was increased by 5.75 times and currently stands at 40,250,000 AZN.
