QLM Technology is a UK-based photonics technology and analytics company with operations in England, Wales, and California. Founded in 2017, QLM has developed a unique, patented Quantum Gas Lidar for Continuous Emissions Monitoring. This technology enables the detection, visualization, location, and accurate quantification of emission rates of greenhouse gases (GHGs), allowing customers to identify their largest GHG emitters for cost-effective remediation. At 04 August 2022, QLM Technology secured a £12.00M Series A investment from a consortium of investors including Development Bank of Wales, Enterprise100 Syndicate, Newable Private Investing, SFC Capital, Quantum Exponential, Susten, Green Angel Ventures, and SLB. This investment is expected to further drive the company's innovative technology and expansion efforts from its United Kingdom headquarters.
