RTA Laboratories, with the slogan "Teknolojinin sağlıkla buluşması," stands as a pioneering force in Turkey's biotechnology sector. Founded in 1996, the company specializes in Biotechnology, Health Care, and Manufacturing and is headquartered in Turkey.
Originally established as a biotechnology firm, RTA Laboratories initiated groundbreaking R&D focused on diagnostics as early as 2001. By 2002, it had settled into a dedicated facility in the Gebze Plastikçiler Organized Industrial Zone, marking the beginning of its molecular biology-genetics and immunology-serology research efforts.
Significant milestones include completing advanced labs and cleanroom facilities by 2004, launching RTA-branded products, and initiating export activities in 2013 to 22 countries. Notably, in 2014, the company became Turkey's first publicly traded biotechnology firm, with 74% of its shares offered to the public.
With recognition as an R&D center in 2017 and subsequent ventures under Güler Yatırım A.Ş and A1 Yaşam Bilimleri A.Ş., RTA Laboratories continues to expand its influence, showcasing a robust growth trajectory towards becoming the regional "Biotechnology Hub."
