如祺出行 Ruqi (OnTime) Mobility is a mobile transportation brand under the Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group, with investments from Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group, Tencent, Guangzhou Public Transport Group and other investors totaling over CNY10 billion. Launched in June 2019 in Guangzhou, it aims to expand into the Greater Bay Area core, then nationwide, to realize its vision of building a panoramic ecosystem of "smart, connected and shared mobility."
