Sanghvi is a company focused on expanding horizons in wellness and seamlessly integrating international brands across India's urban landscape and into the serene shores of the Indian Ocean. Founded in 2010, the company's interest in the Brands business commenced with the D Mall project in Dubai and the Retail Space Leasing business in Pune. These ventures provided valuable insights into various brand categories and the unique aspects of real estate economics in the Indian market.
With the support of consultants and industry experts, the company identified an underserved niche in the Wellness Segment for International Brands in India and set out to address it. As of now, Sanghvi has developed India’s largest integrated portfolio of international wellness brands, including exclusive rights to develop Spa L’Occitane, Holyfield Gyms, Warren Tricomi Salons, and Hollywood celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza in India.
The company currently operates 28 Spas, Gyms, and Salons across 15 cities in India and is also expanding into the Indian Ocean region, with Spa L’Occitane locations planned in the Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, and Sri Lanka. Their latest funding round involved a $10.00M Venture Round investment on 10 March 2014, with the investment being made by Tano Capital.
Sanghvi's innovative approach to wellness, strategic focus on international brands, and expansion into high-potential markets position it as an attractive investment opportunity, with potential for further growth and success.
