W Invest Holding, established in 2019, is an Angel Investment company (SPV) investing globally in startups, mainly in the technology sector. They invest in Seeds and early series A rounds of early-stage technology companies with high growth potential, leveraging their collective experiences and extensive network of contacts to add value to their investees through mentorship and networking.
BMI HOLDING, established in 2004, is based in the UAE and focuses on industrial & manufacturing investments in the MENA region, including RELY Industries UAE (established in 2004) and KSA (established in 2014).
